Hopefully Sega will bring the title our waters. Different psus get different categories of ratings. Tier C Recommended for cheap mid/low-end systems. Portability would definitely add some appeal. Not sure why, but its a Tier C on the Linus Tech Tips PSU Tier List. 550 might even be on the low end, youd want 650 (And go with an 80+ Gold unit, not some trash that doesnt even have a rating). Also, 500W is really low for a 3060 and i7 10th gen. Its a Tier A and non modular, but thats not really a big deal. Ideally you aim for Tier A for a system like yours.
